“I would describe MELT as balance within my life.  It has completely added elements of strength, sweat and vitality.  I absolutely love that I get to walk in the garage door and I am met with bursts of energy from the trainers and others working out (even if they are just trying to press through the 50 seconds).  I also love that all I have to do is have my shoes tied, the ambition and want to do the workouts and I don’t have to worry about what to do…it’s already set in place.  It is one of the best things that I have added into my weekly routine of well-being and health!”
