The mission of Maximum Performance & Fitness is to provide a comprehensive training facility that helps individuals attain one of the greatest gifts of all; improved overall health. MELT (Motivate, Educate, Lose Fat, and Teamwork)
MELT training sessions provide a circuit workout that combines traditional and non-traditional exercises. MELT is offered Monday through Saturday with training options throughout the day. Monday, Wednesday, Friday focus on the upper body, while Tuesday and Thursday workouts are geared to lower body. The Saturday routine will have an option to complete upper or lower body routines. The Open MELT format allows you to exercise on your own time! Warm-up and join the workout at your convenience!
MELT Hours:
Monday – Friday: 5:00 AM & 5:30 AM Group 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM, 11:00 – 2:00 PM, 3:30 – 7:00 PM “Open” MELT.
Saturday: 7:00 – 11:00 AM “Open” MELT
The MPF Athletic Enhancement
Athletic enhancement provides an individualized approach to the sport in which the athlete is involved. Our NEW 10,000 square foot athletic enhancement facility is floored with Astro Turf and includes Olympic lifting platforms, power racks, plyometric boxes, hurdles, a Just Jump plyometric pad, as well as other modalities geared to improve athletic ability and injury prevention.
Personal Training
Personal training is one-on-one instruction that incorporates exercise, goal setting and education. An Exercise Specialist will assess your fitness level and a result-driven exercise program will be designed specifically just for you.
Body Composition
Body composition measurements are available and can be purchased independently or together with personal training sessions and/or fitness challenges.
