Training Philosophy:

My philosophy is to train hard and have fun.

People are much more inclined to workout when they know it’s something they enjoy.

Keeping the mood light, while working hard, is the philosophy I like to train by.

The training philosophy that I live by is built on motivation, hard work, and consistency.

Without these major training tools exercising, working, and everyday tasks would be hard to do.

“The purpose of training is to tighten up the slack, toughen the body, and strengthen your mind.”
