Owner of Maximum Performance & Fitness, Brad has over fifteen years of experience developing enhancement and reconditioning programs from youth through older adults along with the ability and knowledge to train professional athletes. He pooled his knowledge from clinical exercise physiology, D-I collegiate strength & conditioning, and coordinating a collegiate wellness facility to develop his training and enhancement philosophy. Brad is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (1997) as well as a Level 1 Olympic Lifting Coach through USA Weightlifting (1998). Brad keeps up with new trends and techniques though various National Organization memberships, through conferences, strength coaching colleagues, personal training professionals, and through personal research. The challenging, yet creative activities help you to achieve your health, fitness and performance goals.
Ryan joined MPF in 2012 to help expand our programing opportunities. He is a graduate of NDSU with a degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (2007). Ryan’s collegiate athletic experience along with an internship with the Athletic Training Center in Boise, ID provided him a wealth of knowledge and discipline to guide athletes to excel in all sports. Ryan also utilizes his background in exercise physiology and five years of personal training experience to guide your fat loss and fitness endeavor.
