Flexible ½ hour and 1 hour training sessions are offered Monday thru Saturday.

Fat Weight Loss Challenges/Nutrition Intervention
MPF has numerous fat weight loss challenges throughout the year ranging from 4 – 8 weeks in length. The typical yearly schedule includes the following challenges:
MELT4Charity: 4-week challenge from January – February. All entry fees will be donated to the top 3 teams charity of choice on Giving Hearts Day!
MELT-Away: 8-week challenge from late February – April.
Summer Slim-Down: 8-week challenge from early May – end of June.
Success in Six: 6-week challenge from early September – mid October.
“Lighten-UP”: 8-week challenge from mid October – December.
All entry fees include body composition assessments (pre, mid & post on 8-week challenge), nutrition guidelines, weekly weigh-ins, daily consulting, and the opportunities to win hotel/resort trips, airlines tickets, money, etc. The greatest win is getting your life back in balance!
